The ArtJamz Dupont Studio is a 1,900-square foot split-level gallery space. It's street level on Connecticut Ave with floor to ceiling windows that face the sidewalk. The location is amazing with tons of visibility and foot traffic. It’s metro accessible. It has two separate rooms, but large, open doorways allow for easy access. Both rooms are rectangular open areas with cement floors perfect for live painting events or art exhibitions and installations. Each has a sink and cleaning area used for ArtJamz live painting sessions. The "Artist Lounge", located on the upper level, seats 10 and has coffee tables and a bar. The venue has a CX multi-purpose license for beer, wine, live entertainment and light fare. The Studio Level is a Overall, the space is cozy and spartan, but flexible in its use, and perfect for group events up to 45 persons. The ArtJamz staff handle the bar and we can also host private ArtJamz sessions for adults, kids or corporate groups. ArtJamz sessions come with canvas, acrylic paints, and art materials. However, the space can be rented for classes or other non-ArtJamz events. The easels can be removed so the Studio floor is empty with only our colorful walls and the grey cement floor.
